Place_ Careers is searching for a proactive Database Administrator to manage their information flow and ensure excellent Quality Assurance checks at all stages. Enthusiasm, discretion, a meticulous mindset and superb communications skills are all vital to this role.

Working with the support team, Recruiters and Senior Management, the successful candidate will ensure the best streamlined functionality and usability of a key database. Mindful of the Consultants time pressures and client commitments, you will be forward-thinking and follow set protocols efficiently and swiftly. It is imperative that the Database Administrator consistently strives for excellence and takes ownership of their responsibilities, able to adapt to in-house processes swiftly and learning to manage their workload independently. 

To be considered, you must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of database systems, GDPR legislation and be confident in delivering as improving processes related to its implementation.

In addition, the Database Administrator provides vital FOH support, answering phone calls, redirecting to the appropriate team member and logging detailed, accurate messages for their attention. You will work closely with the Studio Coordinator in managing enquiries and develop a symbiotic working pattern.
