About You:
MRICS qualified preferable, but not essential.
Proven experience of Commercial Property Management
Proven track record in resolution of day to day management issues and in building strong client relationships
Demonstrate the ability to make effective presentations to potential clients
Demonstrate a track record with occupational, institutional and/or property company/developer clients
Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office.
The ability to communicate articulately over the phone and in writing and taking a hands-on and innovative approach to property management.
Demonstrates ambition and commitment to self-development
Manages own time and exercises good commercial judgement to maximise fee earning potential.
What the job involves:
Principal activities will include the management, purchase, sale or leasing of land and property as well as valuing and surveying the property.
Carry out daily estate management and handle direct tenant relationships of several shopping centres across Scotland.
Prepare and deliver the service charge budgets and reconciliations across all centres.
Monitor and control all income expenditure associated with the property portfolio
Identify asset management opportunities and assist in producing a business case or options appraisals to improve the assets
Regular inspections of full sites ensuring accurate details recorded and any findings fed back to sit staff and progressed to ensure these are rectified in a timely manner
What you will get in return:
Starting salary £38,000 - £45,000 DOE + car allowance
