Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with an award-winning, Top 30 UK multi-disciplinary practice to source an ambitious Architectural Technician to join their regional office in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent practice with an enviable portfolio of first-rate projects and a track record in securing notable new schemes.

The consultancy have numerous offices spread throughout the country, delivering successful property and construction solutions both across the UK and internationally. Projects include building within education, hotels, leisure and stadia buildings, offices, private one-off commissions and overseas projects.

To be considered for this role as an Architectural Technician you must possess the following:

• Experience as an Architectural Technician - at least 3 years
• Fully proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT
• Technical knowledge of building fabric/elements
• Knowledge of the RIBA Working stages
• Experience working with 3D Pointcloud data and experience of laser scan registration from survey data are both beneficial

Salary offered is between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus:
