Senior Architect or Associate. Residential and Regeneration.

What do you think most architects are looking for when searching for their next job in architecture? Money? Status? Mega projects? In our experience, more and more people want to work for a company that is ethical in its approach to business and also looks after their staff's wellbeing. That of course alongside great quality design and a chance to take on new challenges.

The practice we are representing is known for its holistic and socially inclusive approach to design. Often the practice will take on the Urban Design, Public Realm and Masterplanning work for their clients to ensure that the correct fabric is in place to achieve maximum benefit not just for the people using the buildings but for those living and travelling through the area.

Staff are provided with full continued professional development programmes and are given an allowance for research and study. There is an annual international study trip and plenty of social events throughout the year. Design forums allow everybody's ideas to be heard. The practice believes in an open culture of inclusiveness not just because it's nice for people, but because without it, good ideas might never get aired!

The practice has been going from strength to strength and now employs in excess of 100 people. In the last 10 years they have also incredibly amassed over 100 awards for their work. Not too shoddy!

We'd like to hear from Senior Architects or Associates who perhaps feel that they are being held back from achieving their career goals. It's important that applicants have some medium to large scale housing project experience and we'd like people who aren't afraid to get out there and meet with clients. The role will include management of a small team and leadership of projects under the guidance of an Associate Director or Director who would also be your mentor.

Salary is expected to be £45000 to £50000.
