We are searching for an experienced, proactive and diligent individual to oversee a range of support activities encompassing general studio coordination, PA, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Finance, PA, Project Administration and other varied tasks. You must thrive in fast-paced, creative environment supporting busy Directors and projects teams by introducing, implementing and improving operational processes and procedures. It is essential to have a versatile approach and respond to the practice’s needs accordingly.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing Directors’ diaries, booking meetings and producing critical presentation materials and portfolios
• International travel management to include flights, trains, accommodation and any necessary visas
• Anticipating any scheduling conflicts in advance and managed accordingly
• FOH support for the work space
• IT coordination and ensuring equipment for meeting rooms are supplied
• Ordering office supplies
• Processing financial administration
• Overseeing internal event logistics
• Preparing bid documents and award submissions to a very high-quality using InDesign
• Managing membership subscriptions and organising regular project presentations

The successful candidate will possess superb communication and organisation skills, able to balance a varied and demanding roster of duties within set timelines.

Experience using InDesign and Photoshop to prepare creative collateral is beneficial and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is vital.
