Large Management and Property Consultancy- Permanent - Team Leader/ Architectural Manager

This well established consultancy have offices throughout the UK with a large pipeline of work in the commercial, educational sectors working with various local authorities, contractors/developers. They have a highly skilled team including project managers,building surveyors , property consultants, quantity surveyors, health and safety managers and facilities management consultants

Your new role
You would be acting as a Senior Architectural Technologist/ Team leader and be expected to over see a design team 4-5 people. Your main duties & responsibilities include:
-Arranging and managing laser scan measured surveys
-Compiling Point Clouds from Laser scans
-Preparing existing floor plans and elevations from point clouds/disto surveys
-Creating 3D models in AutoCAD and/or Revit for schemes ranging in size from small residential scenarios to large inner city developments
-Creation of 3D sketches & images
-Client liaison/ site visits

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a professional individual with a positive approach and the ability to work as part of a team. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to use own initiative to work pro-actively. A background in working in the education and commercial sectors preferred,and proficiency in Revit is essential. There is the opportunity to oversee the design team hence excellent management skills is a must
