Senior Architect and Architect

FRAME is currently recruiting for a Senior Architect and an Architect to join an Architectural Practice based in Surrey.

The Senior Architect role will require someone with confidence in both project running and team management. You must be confident in leading projects across all stages of projects and particularly throughout the later technical stages. Strong construction experience will be required and you will need to have previous experience across both Bespoke and larger scale Multi-Unit Residential projects up to 20 units. They are looking for someone who also has an interest in Business Development, previous experience is very much of interest however they will also consider someone who is looking to step up into this role as well.

The Architect role will require someone who has worked across projects from concept to completion and is confident in running projects. You must be confident running projects on to site and liaising with client as well as holding meetings. Previous experience in the Residential sector is also required for the role.

For both roles you must be fully proficient with AutoCAD and InDesign and previous experience of Revit is very beneficial. You must have a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations on Residential projects. ARB registration will also be necessary.
