Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist required to join thriving practice in Bury on a full-time, permanent basis.

Conrad Consulting are proud to present an opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to get involved on several interesting, large-scale projects on behalf of this well established, greater Manchester practice. Typically, projects here are within the following sectors: Industrial, Retail, Residential and Commercial. Candidates with previous experience in these areas will certainly be viewed upon favourably.

Ideally we are looking for a Degree qualified Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years practical experience working in UK-based Architectural practices.

Candidates will hopefully meet the following criteria:

·Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or HNC/HND level.
·A good understanding of UK Planning process.
·Approximately 5 years post-qualification experience is preferred. (More/Less will be considered).
·Thorough understanding and working experience of AutoCAD and REVIT.
·Ability to produce accurate and detailed working drawing packages.
·Previous site delivery experience and demonstrable job running on projects.
·Experience of working on projects within the Retail, Industrial or Commercial sectors.

A competitive salary is available for the right candidate, somewhere in the region of £30,000-£37,5000 per annum.

Commutable locations for this position include: Bury, Rochdale, Bolton, Chorley, Manchester, Burnley, Preston, Blackburn and several other parts of Greater Manchester & Lancashire.
