Town Planner

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a premium five Star House Builder that require a talented and confident Town Planner to join their Pre-Development Team!

Our client is an established Home Builder with numerous current developments across the Yorkshire and Midlands regions, they pride themselves on offering exceptional design with every individual unit unique in its build and outstanding attention to the detail.

The successful Town Planner will be based in the Doncaster headquarters, and you will be providing essential support to the Head of Planning on any planning matters on site. This includes working alongside colleagues, sub consultants & local councils, undertaking background research, report writing, attending site visits and manage planning applications.

Requirements of the successful Town Planner include:

Qualified Town Planner with a keen interest in Planning & Land Development
Working towards Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute
A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
Experience in Private sector practice desirable
Up to date knowledge of current planning policy
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Fantastic presentation and project management skills
Creative individual with initiative and innovation skills
Full UK Driving Licence & transport required

Salary offered is between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus an extremely generous bonus scheme.
