Senior Architectural Technolgist

Senior Architectural Technologist required to oversee a Technical team within one of Manchester most reputable Architecture practices.

Having recently been commissioned to a selection of high-profile Residential frameworks there is now a requirement for a Senior level Architectural Technician or Technologist to join this reputable firm of Architects as they look to continue their excellent work in this field.

This company are involved in a wide range of projects across multiple design sectors in their various regional offices. As your role develops here you will be exposed to projects within the following sectors: Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, Transport and various others. Your position here as a Senior Technologist will be to manage and oversee the technical team, mentor lesser experienced members of the team and work closely with the Design team to create innovative design concepts.

In order to be considered for this role, (Most of) the following criteria should be met:

·To hold a relevant architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND, etc)
·Have a minimum 5 years practical experience.
·Be confident, approachable and well-presented.
·Be able to use REVIT & AutoCAD to a high-standard.
·Have excellent Technical & design skills.
·Experience working on large-scale UK-based developments is essential.
·Residential sector experience is preferred.

Salary - £38,000k-£45,000 (Negotiable dependent on experience)
