Senior Architect

FRAME are currently working with a multidisciplinary practice of Architects and Urban Designers as they continue to make their mark on the London and Ireland housing market. Their London office is going through a period of buoyant growth and are now looking to add a Senior Architect to their growing team.

The studio work predominately in the Residential and Urbanism sectors, therefore experience in the Residential sector is absolutely essential. They are currently using both AutoCAD and Revit, therefore experience using both is required for this position. They are looking to drive the use of BIM in the studio, therefore proficiency in Revit would be highly advantageous.

Due to the fast growing number of projects, the successful applicant should have experience in leading a large scale Residential project and delivering it through construction and onto site. You should also have proven experience in managing a team and dealing directly with clients.

You will also need proven experience working on the early design stages and a good understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
