Job Details
Are you looking for an opportunity to relocate to Bath, but don't want to stop working on larger London-based jobs? Would you enjoy taking on the challenge of a large existing building and working through complex technical refurbishment problems?
The practice are a small and friendly team based a short walk away from Bath Spa station. Their main discipline is commercial and residential interior design, but their architectural portfolio includes both private residential projects and complex refurbishment work to developer-led work often in Central London.
In the short term, you'll be responsible for the delivery of a large job which is on site at the moment, client and contractor liaison and technical production information in collaboration with another architect. Longer term, you'll play a key role in the expansion of the architectural arm of the business and there is an opportunity to progress as the team grows. You'll be working in Vectorworks so prior knowledge would be useful to your application and you will need to be flexible to travel to site a couple of times a month by train (expenses paid).
You'll be rewarded with a salary of up £35,000 depending on prior experience and you will be joining a busy, small and friendly team.
