Job Details
A highly prestigious and globally renowned architecture practice are seeking an enthusiastic and focused Finance Assistant to provide support to their busy team.
Based in their beautiful London studio, you will be reporting to the Account Director, and will be responsible for:
- Bank and cash flow
- Raising purchase invoices
- Credit control/chasing payments
- Processing payments
- Staff expenses
- Credit card reconciliations
- Processing payroll
- Monitoring Finances
- Ad-hoc administration as required
