Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist

I am currently working with an award-winning architectural studio in Manchester on their urgent requirement for a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis due to an increase in project workload.

The studio are consistently winning projects in a diverse range of project sectors that span across multiple sectors including: Residential, Student Accommodation, Education (Schools, Higher Education and Academies), Healthcare, Transport & Infrastructure, Retail, Office & Industrial, Workplace, Bluelight & Defence, Culture & Civic, Urban Design & Masterplanning.

Current projects at the studio are focused on the residential sector so experience and knowledge within UK housing and residential projects will be essential for this role.

The suitable Senior Technician/Technologist will be expected to have strong UK experience and have the ability to produce comprehensive working drawing packages.

I am looking to speak with candidates that have a proven track record of running projects across technical work stages and experience of working on UK developments with good knowledge of the Building Regulations.

Suitable candidates are expected to have strong software proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Revit is desirable but not essential.
