Job Details
Stride are passionately seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician to take on the ownership for an office fit-out project west of London as it enters the construction stages and play a key role in ensuring the technical delivery through to completion.
The key responsibilies for the role includes undertaking of site surveys, liaision with local authorities, attending site and project meetings, preparing of tender / construction information and design coordination.
You'll be at a mid to senior level with experience of fit-out projects in the commercial sector and a working knowledge of planning/ building control issues/ regulation and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. AutoCAD proficiency a must.
