Industrious Finance Assistant required for Leading Architectural Practice

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a diligent Finance Assistant to join friendly team. Working closely with Account Director and Commercial Director, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of accounts. An excellent entry role for a talented Business or Finance graduate seeking a progressive role within an esteemed company.

The successful candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail and above all be a superb team player. Responsibilities will include bank and cash flow, raising purchase invoices, credit control/chasing payments, processing payments, staff expenses, credit card reconciliations, processing payroll, monitoring Finances and any ad-hoc administration that may be required.

Previous experience of credit control and accounts would be beneficial alongside knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
