Senior Architectural Technician

Senior architectural technologist - West Midlands

I am looking for a permanent full-time Senior Architectural Technologist/Job Runner to join the housing team for a client based in the West Midlands. They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to manage a team as well as being client facing.

Ideally you should have 7+ year's experience. The architectural team work with all the house builders, on large housing developments. They also are involved in high-end care homes in addition to commercial, retail and leisure.

Thy use the latest AutoCad packages and most staff have knowledge of Revit, although this is not as essential as the house building experience.

Their office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. Whilst they do not operate a flexitime facility, they can offer a change in working hours to suit work/life balance requirements. They have free secure parking and are a 5 min walk from the nearest station.
