Architect

FRAME are working with a multi-disciplinary practice who are seeking an Architectural Technician or Architect to join their busy London office.

This role will be to head up the Architectural department for the London office as the majority of their Architectural work is done from their head office with London being the hub for Surveying and Construction Management.

You will be working on a number of refurbishments to include Health care and Education but also branching out into Commercial and Residential. Focusing on Design and Build, you preferably will have worked across the entire RIBA plan of work having completed both feasibility studies and site surveys through to technical and construction detailing and finally delivering projects. The position will also include overseeing a junior technician.
