BIM Modeller - REVIT

BIM Modeller for a 3-6 month contract working for a forward thinking consultancy

Your new role

You will be working specifically within a team that focus on virtual buildings and within this team there has been an increase in work due to the appreciation that this service provides increased efficiency at construction stage.
You will be be providing REVIT modelling of all components within the building including the traditional floor plans, sections and elevations down to the individual exact elements of the doors, windows and further down to the digital description of every facet of the project such as the nuts and bolts used in construction. These models are then interrogated for clashes and errors that can be rectified earlier with less cost.

What you'll need to succeed


Previous freelance experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, REVIT Technician, REVIT Coordinator

Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.

Experience and knowledge in Building Information Modelling

Proficient Autodesk Autocad, Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

High level of communication skills.

Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc)

Ideally a member of the MCIAT or working towards
