The London office of a multi-national architecture led, design consultancy are working with Stride for the recruitment of a Principal Designer for a number of projects under the terms of the CDM 2015 regulations.
In a role offering career progression, development and the chance to be a key part of the practice, this role will work closely with the practice's Principle, Practice Manager and Technical Director, assisting with the successful management of CDM projects to ensure projects are compliant, setting up and managing the company's CDM policies.
You'll have a through knowledge of CDM2015 regulations and legislation, NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate with post qualification experience and have the personal skills to provide a key contact for the client.
