An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an Architect to join a growing construction company in Elgin who is looking to expand their team due to an increase in workload.

Your new role
As Architect you will be responsible for the creation of bespoke designs as well as the liaison with clients advising them on budgets and costings. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be a crucial part of the design and build team who will regularly report on progress to all parties involved in the process.

What you'll need to succeed
For this job you will be an experienced and qualified architect or senior architectural technician who has specialised in the residential market. You will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD or Revit and be able to work on your own initiative.
