Part 2 Architectural Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join on of the most respected Manchester based Architectural and Heritage consultancies.

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be once again working alongside an award winning architectural and heritage consultancy in their search for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team on a 4-8-week fixed term contract. Comprising of over 250 Architects, consultants, surveyors and designers, our Client has grown to be one of the most revered practices in the UK.

If your ambitions are to work for one of the most respected Manchester based Architectural and Heritage consultancies in Manchester whilst helping them to design on one of their flagship projects, then this could be the role you have been waiting for.

It is hoped that the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have the following:
A First Class or 2:1 Architectural Degree
Proven experience working on RIBA stage 4 technical detailing
A good working knowledge of relevant software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
Fantastic Revit abilities (a Revit test will be required)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

The Salary offered for this role is between £23,000 - £27,000 (pro-rata).
