My client is a leading Essex practice who, due to a heavy workload and exciting plans for growth, are seeking a Senior Design Architect and a Senior Technical Architect to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Headcount: ~25

Projects: Residential (from one-off bespoke housing to large-scale developer-led schemes), Commercial, Education - Essex, London and UK wide

Both positions require:

At least 4 years of experience post Part III in practice
Proficiency with either AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong client facing skills
Senior Design Architect - exceptional design flair, able to confidently take the lead on projects at stages 0-3
Senior Technical Architect - strong technical and construction knowledge able to confidently take the lead on projects at stage 4 onwards
