Job Details
Stride have been approached by an established RIBA architectural studio with offices across the UK who have a requirement for an experienced job-running Architectural Technologist or Technician to join their close-knit team in Surrey.
Working across projects through all RIBA Stages, with exposure to both design and technical phases of projects, my client is looking for a Technician or Technologist that is experienced in running projects.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 5 years industry experience and be skilled in both design and technical stages of projects.
The studio work across a good mix of sectors with recent projects completed in Residential, Care, Leisure, Workplace, Retail and Bluelight sectors.
Most recent projects have been within Luxury High-End Residential so experience in this sector would put you at an advantage.
A varied-sector background is preferred; however, all backgrounds will be considered. Suitable applicants will be proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
