Have you recently graduated with a degree in a financially-focused subject and are looking to kick start your career in a creative industry? Then please do send across an updated CV – we are waiting to hear from you!

This celebrated team consists of talented Designers working across high-profile Architecture, Interior Design and Visualisation projects on a worldwide scale, and we are searching for a similarly ambitious Finance & Accounts Assistant to oversee a diverse roster of responsibilities. Working with their wider Operations & Admin team, this role will encompass regular bank reconciliations, monitoring cashflow, preparing financial reports for Senior Management, coordinating authorisation of Purchase Orders, issuing payment runs, maintaining analytics for all projects, compiling the annual P11d reconciliation, monitoring their in-house charitable initiative’s annual budget, and other essential finance tasks. A sharp eye for detail, University-level training in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting and numerical-savviness is a must. Full training in company systems and procedures will be provided and the successful candidate will be expected to carry out all processes in compliance with the firm’s Quality Management System.

Socially-motivated, charitable engagement is an important part of this studio’s ethos. As well as managing their philanthropic initiative’s budget, you will be encouraged to actively participate in events and fund-raising activities. This forms part of their core value to promote a healthy, collaborative and socially-responsible working environment, which is reflected in all aspects of office life. From the contemporary, open plan studio configuration to maximise team interaction to weekly practice-wide meetings and regular events, maintaining a strong sense of team spirit and keeping staff levels of happiness high, are a key priority.

If you are searching for long-term progression and professional development opportunities, apply today for the chance to join one of Britain’s foremost Architecture studios!

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
