An internationally-recognised Architecture and Interior Design practice is seeking a proactive Finance & Accounts Assistant. This celebrated team consists of talented Designers working across high-profile Architecture, Interior Design and Visualisation projects on a worldwide scale, and we are searching for a similarly ambitious Finance & Accounts Assistant to oversee a diverse roster of responsibilities. Working with their wider Operations & Admin team, this role will encompass regular bank reconciliations, monitoring cashflow, preparing financial reports for Senior Management, coordinating authorisation of Purchase Orders, issuing payment runs, maintaining analytics for all projects, compiling the annual P11d reconciliation, monitoring their in-house charitable initiative’s annual budget, and other essential finance tasks. A sharp eye for detail, University-level training in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting and numerical-savviness is a must. Full training in company systems and procedures will be provided and the successful candidate will be expected to carry out all processes in compliance with the firm’s Quality Management System.
