Conrad Consulting are working alongside an award-winning, design-led studio in Winchester that needs an Architect just like you!

This dynamic, medium-size studio is made up of 10 talented Architectural professionals who specialise in the design and construction of contemporary homes across the country. Alongside residential projects, the practice is experienced in a wide range of building types including office, retail and mixed use

This vacancy is for an ambitious Architect with exceptional design flair and technical detailing abilities - other requirements of the Architect include:

• ARB/RIBA Registered Architect
• Up to 5 years post qualification experience
• Experience working on high-end residential projects
• Fully proficient in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop & InDesign
• Technical & Detailing experience
• Job running experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
• Ability to provide advice, briefings and reports to clients and other members of staff

Salary offered is between £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
