Planning director - Permanent - Birmingham - £70,000 - £80,000 + 30% bonus

We currently have the pleasure to be exclusively recruiting for a Planning director specialising in the residential sector for a prestigious Real estate company on a permanent basis based in Birmingham city centre.


Your new role

As part of your role as a Planning director you will be working as part of large planning and land team that operate across the UK. As a Planning director, you will focus on the relationships within the residential sector, this will be focusing on landowners, funds and nationwide house builders, this will operate within both the public and private sector. As the Planning director, you will have the opportunity to lead a growing team, alongside a Commercial Planning and Infrastructure Director and an Economic Planning Director


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background of leading a planning team within the residential sector, you will also ideally be able to source additional clients through your network. It would also be an advantage to have experience working for a consultancy directly working within the planning team. Finally, to be considered for this role you must be RTPI Qualified (Royal Town Planning Institute).


What you'll get in return

In return you will be offered a competitive salary in the region of £70,000 - £80,000 as well as the opportunity to gain a 30% yearly bonus. There will also be opportunity to further progress within the organisation.
