A multi-disciplinary architecture and interior design studio are seeking a communications assistant to join their marketing team. Working closely with the marketing department, you will assist with producing bid documents, writing website content, posting on social media, and general marketing administration. Candidates must have strong writing and InDesign skills, be proactive and confident working within a team.
- Putting together bids/proposal documents.
- Updating project sheets and CVs.
- Helping with bid/framework submissions.
- Uploading content to the website.
- Helping manage LinkedIn/Instagram accounts.
- Managing admin for marketing team and marketing events.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a communications or marketing role.
- An interest in architecture or the built environment.
- Strong knowledge of InDesign; Photoshop/Illustrator skills desirable.
- Ability to handle deadlines and prioritise workload and projects.
- Organised, motivated, efficient individual.
