Dedicated Bid Coordinator to join Highly Prestigious Architecture Studio with International Profile

A leading Architecture practice with significant global presence is searching for an industry-savvy Bid Coordinator. An integral role in the practice’s new business activities, the Bid Coordinator will lead their own workflow in line with business objectives, internal time frames and submission deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and you will regularly communicate with Architects and Directors, understanding and incorporating a range of technical terminology.

Producing tailored documents to the highest standard possible and adhering to company guidelines, the Bid Coordinator will have superb written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a sharp eye for graphic presentation and familiarity with OJEU processes. You will work closely with the Head of Communications and wider MarComms team to prepare PQQs and tender submissions to a top specification, ensuring all written content, images and graphic layout are to an exceptionally high quality. This is an immersive and interactive role that requires an individual to take total ownership of, providing internal communications support to the design teams across marketing collateral, award submissions, CVs, project sheets, capability statements and presentations.
