Award-winning Architecture and Interior Design practice seeks a proactive Accounts Assistant. A superb opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant with at least 5 years’ experience within an Account Assistant role.

A diverse and multi-faceted role, the successful candidate will be proactive, committed and numerically-savvy add hold a genuine interest for developing their career in Accounts. Working closely with the Accounts Manager and the wider Operations & Admin team, responsibilities will include regular bank reconciliations, monitoring cashflow, preparing financial reports for Senior Management, coordinating authorisation of Purchase Orders, issuing payment runs, maintaining analytics for all projects, compiling the annual P11d reconciliation, monitoring in-house charitable initiative’s annual budget, carrying out all processes in compliance with the firm’s Quality Management System and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks that may be required.
