Project Architect - Residential

Excellent opportunity available for a distinguished major design practice in Leeds City Centre who are seeking to attract a talented Project Architect to supplement their established Residential Team.

Our pioneering client have a regional presence spanning several counties in the North of England, specifically this role is to be based from their attractive vibrant Leeds Studio which now boasts a talented workforce of 25 Architects & Technologists.

Having delivered a variety of outstanding commissions spanning some 30 years or more our client has garnered a reputation for delivering a portfolio of striking Architecture across the Residential, Commercial and most notably the Healthcare Sectors.

Joining an already established team you will be immediately exposed to a variety of projects within the Residential Sectors, typically these can range from volume new build developments, one off bespoke builds, refurbishment / renovations and office to Residential conversions. Ideally we are seeking someone with several years' experience who is keen for advancement professionally into a Senior Level Architect role in the future.

The fundamentals of the role include -

·ARB / RIBA affiliated Project Architect with approximately 3-6 years post qualification experience.
·Some previous experience within the Residential sector to include New Build projects.
·Excellent Technical ability to include a thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Planning & Construction process.
·Proficient REVIT user ideally with knowledge of BIM level 2 projects. (some intermediate experience will also be considered)
·Extensive demonstrable Job Running and previous site delivery experience
·Exposure to all RIBA stages of work with a keen eye of design flair and imagination.
·Natural client facing skills and the ability to chair progress meetings.

Salary £33,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + 25 days holiday + pension.
