Architectural / Senior Architectural Technician (CONTRACT)

A contract opportunity has become available for an Architectural Technician or Senior Architectural Technician, in Central London, which is paying up to £35p/h. (DOE)

You will be working for an award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy, who have been successfully delivering large-scale and high-value projects for around 70 years.

The successful Architectural Technician or Senior Architectural Technician will report directly into an Architect / Senior Technician and be responsible for delivering exceptional and efficient design packages, in some of the following sectors:

• Rail
• Aviation
• Industrial
• Nuclear
• Manufacturing & Energy

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology
• Proven track record of working within the UK design / construction market
• Proficient in AutoCAD and ideally Revit
• Produce 2D & 3D deliverables from concept through to detailed design
• Excellent knowledge of UK technical standards and regulations
• Understanding of CDM regulations
• Proven track record working at least one of the above sectors highlighted
