One of the fastest growing house builders in the UK with land already secured for the next 2 years are looking to recruit an architectural technician in their technical team. You will be working at a company that pride themselves on delivering the best product not the most. They will provide you with the opportunity to take a greater responsibility and autonomy over your projects.

Your new role
Your new job will be within the technical team of a prestigious house builder. With the design of the houses done by a central team so your role will be making adjustments to drawing packages and then delivering these onto site.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to have experience working within the house building sector or with high volume residential projects. Strong organisational skills are key for this role as well as the ability and confidence to coordinate with professionals across multiple disciplines. You will need to be solution focused and be able to work to tight deadlines.

What you'll get in return
