Conrad Consulting are once again in partnership with a leading Harrogate based Architectural Practice who are currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their highly experienced team.

Working with a range of household name clients, this practice has established itself as one of the go-to practices in both the UK and Abroad for a range of blue chip organisations.

Predominantly working within the Industrial sector, our client focuses on operational efficiency and lifecycle costs, whilst ensuring flexible and expandable solutions and advising and ensuring clients requirements are delivered.

Due to the diverse range of repeat clients, our client maintains a steady and reliable work stream enabling them to keep busy through any potentiality turbulent times in the future, they are we versed to ride out periods of economic down turn. This is proved thorough an incredible 4-year pipeline!

Working alongside the technical Director you will take ownership of your own projects from conception to completion.

We are looking for someone who is technically sound, can produce detailed Drawing packages, has client facing ability and someone who possesses design flair and confidence. A working knowledge of Revit or other BIM related software would be highly advantageous however not essential, knowledge of either Vectorworks or AutoCAD would be desirable.

On offer to the successful candidate is a salary in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 plus some fantastic benefits!
