A hugely organised and outgoing Bid Coordinator is required for a multi award-winning Architecture practice, renowned for designing innovative schemes. Combining aspects of research, production and coordination, we are searching for a dedicated individual with superb written and verbal communication skills, a great eye for graphics and layout and an exceptional ability in time management.

Operating as a critical function in the studio’s Communications team, the Bid Coordinator will be reporting to the Head of Communications and collaborating with team members across the practice – Directors, senior management, project teams and other members of the Communications department. Your ability to work effectively with others (both internally and externally with clients and consultants) will be vital, able to extract, process and refine key technical information for inclusion in bid and competition submissions. Preparing PQQs, EOIs and bid documents, familiarity with OJEU procedures will also be highly advantageous. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for collating, designing, writing, editing and submitting all relevant materials within prescribed timelines, maintaining regular contact and collaboration with the Architectural teams.

Other essential tasks for the Bid Coordinator will include; devising and updating standard texts on projects for use in bids, marketing materials and digital communications, creating customised marketing collateral to the highest quality, maintaining CVs, project sheets and further crucial company information, using your impeccable sense of visual communication to produce ad-hoc brochures and capability statements.

If you are an ambitious and detail-orientated Bid Coordinator seeking an exciting next step within the Built Environment, then we are waiting to hear from you! To be considered, you must have at least 1-2 years’ experience within a similar industry, be passionate about Architecture and able to understand technical terms and language unique to the industry. Ideally you will have previously produced bid submissions within an Architecture studio.

Proficiency across Outlook, Word, Excel, InDesign and Photoshop is vital.
