Senior Architect - Shrewsbury - AJ top 15 practice - Permanent
Your new company
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a global award winning architecture practice of whom are looking to further strengthen their team by adding a Senior Architect to to their Shrewsbury studio team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As part of your new role as a Senior architect you will be responsible for leading projects from stage 1 to 7, you will also be responsible for being point of contact to the client and ensuring you are supplying regular project updates to the client. As a Senior Architect you will also be responsible for coordinating and facilitating client presentations and user group meetings and developing all related deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Senior Architect you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience from concept design through construction, you will also be familiar with strategic planning and master-planning. To succeed in this role as a Senior Architect you will also have experience and understanding of design processes from briefing, planning (1:500, 1:200, room data sheets, 1:50 and C sheets) through to detailed package design. Finally you will have strong Revit skills and the ability to clearly communicate with both colleagues and clients on project status and developments.
