Key Responsibilities

• Run a small team from stage 2 on a new-build commercial office building.
• Key client contact for high-profile UK developer.

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Part III with considerable practical experience in the UK.
• A keen eye for design with demonstrable experience leading a new build commercial workplace project from concept design.
• Excellent communicator with an outgoing attitude who excels in a client-facing and coordination role.
• Acute attention to detail with excellent visual presentation skills.
