During a time of uncertainty, it's been rather refreshing to take on a new opportunity with a client who seem very positive about the future of the construction market.
Conrad Consulting is looking for an Architect in South West London, who will be responsible for several different projects from RIBA Stages 4 - 7. You will be joining a local authority and be part of their 'In-house Design Team'. The team is multi-disciplinary lead, with 40 specialists consisting of Architects, Engineers & Surveyors.
This is an immediate requirement, with the right person being able to start straight away. This will be an initial rolling contract, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff in the future.
