ISO-savvy Integrated Management Systems Assistant required for Innovative Engineering Consultancy

A sociable and celebrated engineering studio are seeking a precise and proactive individual with knowledge of ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) and a passion for Environmental Management.

A fantastic opportunity for an Environmental Management Graduate or IMS Assistants with 1-2 years’ experience working within a similar environment.

Reporting to the IMS Manager, you will be assisting with the implementation, management and continual improvement of IMS; ensuring their compliance with the businesses needs and ISO accreditations. A fast-paced and rewarding role, responsibilities will include auditing and reviewing projects to check compliance, managing risk and updating policy documents, monitoring external memberships, attending meetings and taking detailed minutes. In addition to this you will be involved with Quality Assurance, maintaining project lists, controlling documents and managing and documenting SHEQ, legal and HR related information for bids, submissions and tenders.

The successful candidate will be motivated, flexible and well organised, with outstanding accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Training will be provided if necessary, however all candidates will need to have a rudimental understanding/experience in ISO. Advanced Word, Excel and Outlook is essential, and good knowledge of InDesign is desirable though not essential as training can be provided.
