RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for an Architectural Assistant on behalf of modern, award-winning Architectural practice near Preston.

This position is offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of a leading Architectural under the guidance of some of Manchester leading creative minds. You will work closely with the Practice Directors to design unique buildings in the North-West region and across the UK.

Traditionally this practice works on projects within the Residential, Masterplanning and commercial sectors. They have an incredibly busy pipeline of projects forecast for 2019/2020 and are looking to grow in order to accommodate this.

The current requirement here is for an Architectural assistant to join the practice and assist with the structured growth of the design team.

We would hope the applicants meet the following criteria:

·Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level.
·Proficiency using AutoCAD, Vectorworks or Microstation. REVIT Experience will be considered.
·Experience working on either Residential, Masterplanning or commercial sector schemes would be beneficial.
·Experience dealing directly with clients.
·Excellent communication skills are essential. (Both written & Verbal).
·Good time management skills with the ability to organise & prioritise workloads effectively.

Salaries are negotiable for suitable candidates: Circa £25,000-£28,000
