Senior Architect

Conrad Consulting are recruiting for a Senior Architect on behalf of a well-established Architectural Practice based in Preston, Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be placed in a strategic position within the company: between the Board Directors and design & technical teams. The role will involve some degree of management, however taking on these responsibilities will be a gradual process, and as you find your feet you will progressively become part of the management structure within the studio. You will be running projects with minimal supervision and tasked with delivering high-quality outputs using your vast experience and technical knowledge. Projects are typically either Education, Commercial or Healthcare-focused. Some experience in one of there areas is essential.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a Qualified Architect with approximately 5-10 years experience post-qualification, proficient in the use of both AutoCAD and REVIT software. However we will consider applicants that do not meet these criteria but can demonstrate their suitability to the role in other areas.

Key Requirements include:
·Architectural Qualification (ARB, RIBA).
·5-10 Years post-qualification experience preferred.
·Healthcare, Education or Commercial sector experience.
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
·To live within commutable distance of Central Lancashire (Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Chorley, Burnley, Wigan)
Salary offered:
·Salary £42,000-£45,500 per annum (Negotiable dependent on experience).
