Job Details
A successful Architectural & Interior Design practice working on cutting edge new-builds, listed buildings and renovation is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist to join their beautiful Cotswold Country Studio.
The Senior Technician or Technologist will have had exposure to RIBA stages 1-5 and experience working to a high standard to work on a variety High-End projects across the UK and internationally.
Successful Criteria:
- 4+ Years experience
- UK experience
- Site experience
- Experience with both new builds, historic buildings and hotels/hospitality (Desirable)
- The ability to create and manage large-scale projects from start to completion
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Vectorworks (Highly Desirable)
