Architectural technologist - Worcester - Contract - £30/£35 per hour

Your new company

I'm currently working exclusively with a design practice based in Worcester of whom are currently looking to recruit for a Chartered Architect (CIAT) on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 months.

Your new role

As part of your new role as a Chartered Architectural technologist you will be responsible for preparing and presenting design proposals using CAD. As part of your role as a Chartered Architectural technologist you will also be responsible for leading the detailed design process and coordinating information with clients. Finally as a Chartered Architectural technologist you will contribute to planning applications aswell as liaising with authorities when producing documentation for statutory approval.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role you must be CIAT accredited. Also you must have clear experience working as an Architectural technologist within live architectural projects. You must also be fully proficient in using both AutoCad and Revit.
