Award Winning Engineering Consultancy seeks ISO-savvy Integrated Management Systems Assistant

A progressive award-winning engineering consultancy is actively seeking a proactive Integrated Management Systems Assistant familiar with basic ISO knowledge to join their friendly team. This design led studio prides itself on its cutting-edge projects, attracting the finest engineers to grow and progress their careers within the company.

Assisting with the implementation, management and continual improvement of the practice’s Integrated Management System (IMS), this role requires a candidate with a high level of precision and flexibility. This role will cover a variety of tasks from Quality Assurance and maintaining project lists to documenting SHEQ, legal and HR related information for bids, submissions and tenders. Reporting to the IMS manager, responsibilities also include assisting with auditing, monitoring external memberships, controlling documents and taking detailed minutes.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Environmental Management and have 1-2 years relevant experience working with management systems. The studio is seeking a flexible and motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail. You will become a part of a sociable and unique team with a focus on structural and civil engineering.  Knowledge of word processing, spread sheets and InDesign Software would be desirable. Appropriate training will be provided for suitable candidates.
