Design Manager. Luxury Residential Developer

This luxury developer engaged in some of London's most impressive developments. They are seeking an Architect to join the Design Management Group which employs around 10 staff from interior design and architecture backgrounds.

After a site has been purchased, the Architect Design Manager helps to interview and select external Architects for the project. They then manage the design process for all architectural elements of the schemes, dovetailing with their interior design manager counterpart until practical completion.

The company currently employs around 60 people in London. Good quality design is central to everything they do.

We'd like to hear from Architects who are operating around Associate or Associate Director level and wish to move to a client-side role.

Candidates will need to have managed teams and led significant London based projects through all design stages. Applicants must have luxury residential project experience as well as some multi-unit residential project experience.
