Architectural Technician

Experienced Architectural Technician required to join a leading National Development Consultancy in their Derby based office!

There are more than 280 skilled and experienced staff operating from 12 offices, working in planning, design, environment, economics and heritage. Each of these individuals is valued for who they are, recognised for their contributions and given the chance to be the very best they can be.

The suitable Architectural Technician will work predominantly on Residential sector projects, delivering the very highest quality design work including the preparation of masterplans and architectural illustrations.

Requirements of the Architectural Technician include:

·Between 2 - 5 years experience as an Architectural Technician
·Experience working on residential sector projects
·Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks
·Confident using Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp
·Working knowledge of Building Regulations
·A keen eye for design concepts
·Ability to produce clear, concise working drawing packages, details, specifications and schedules to a consistently high standard.
