An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual, with exceptional organisation and communication skills and a passion for design and architecture, to join a leading Research Consultancy. Reporting to Associate Directors and Senior Management, you will support a team of Architects and Urban Planners with various Studio Coordinator responsibilities.

A diverse and exciting role, the Studio Coordinator will provide PA support to the Managing Director and Senior Management such as arranging travel and accommodation for international business trips and complex diary management. As the sole support team member to a specialist team, you will oversee the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis such as ordering equipment and supplies to the offices, liaising with external parties, including IT Consultants, suppliers and Landlord, taking and distributing minutes of strategic-level meetings, updating project information on project management software.

In addition to this, the Studio Coordinator will also work alongside marketing and business development activities, coordinating and attending major marketing events by overseeing logistics, raising publicity and maintaining RSVP lists, preparing marketing collateral and maintain the studio’s website and social media contents. Finance administration and developing knowledge in the implementation of procedures towards ISO 9001 certification will also be crucial. We are searching for an approachable, dedicated and engaging individual with a sharp sense of organisation and discretion. Diligently overseeing multiple activities in a time-pressured environment will be essential, so superb time management skills are a must!
