Breakthrough British Architecture Practice seeks Studio Assistant with Graphics Skills

A landmark, award-winning studio at the forefront of sustainability are currently seeking an enthusiastic Studio Assistant to join their team. Working closely alongside the Practice Manager, the successful candidate will be assisting in the smooth running of their stunning studio and assisting their tight-knit team. The ability to use one’s own initiative as well as working well within a team will be vital to this role. As well as monitoring the studio facilities, responsibilities include implementing PA duties for the directors; from booking travel to managing diaries. This role requires an all-rounder who is keen to develop their knowledge in an array of office duties.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, as you will be expected to assist across multiple tasks simultaneously (encompassing, but not limited to, PR, Marketing, HR and Finance). A good working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign are essential for this role. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you will be driven to adapt and develop your administrative experience.
