Architect (Rail, Aviation & Transportation projects)

Ambitious and forward-thinking Architect required to join a thriving multi-disciplinary studio in central Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis.

This leading firm are at the pinnacle of Manchesters Architectural scene. They have been established across the North of England for many years and are responsible for notable projects throughout the country. What you may not know is their significant presence within the Rail, Aviation and Transportation sectors. They have designed some of the world's best transportation projects including Airport terminals, Train stations, Departure lounges and everything in-between.

There is a requirement now in Manchester for a creative Architect to join the Manchester studio and assist with the development of new and exciting projects within these sectors. Therefore it is preferred for applicants to demonstrate some knowledge and experience in this area.

Ideally we are looking for candidate to meet the following criteria:

·ARB/RIBA Architect - Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
·Previous Rail, Aviation, Transportation experience is essential.
·REVIT experience is preferred, however is not essential for this role.
·Technical design proficiency plus the ability to develop designs into detailed construction information.
·Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.
·Ability to present information clearly and coherently.

A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate. Somewhere in the region of £35,000-£42,500 per annum. There is scope for further negotiation if all of the previous criteria are met.
