Project Architect

Project Architect job opportunity with city centre Manchester design practice.

Your new company
This large and well established practice has a city centre office in Manchester close to railway and tram stations, and within a short walk of Spinningfields. They are a successful firm with large projects in the commercial, residential and retail sectors, and they run their projects using BIM software.

Your new role
You will be working as a project lead on a major project, and will have responsibility for driving the scheme forward through planning and subsequent RIBA work stages. Your role will include hands on design and drawing work, design and site meetings, and the supervision of team members.

What you'll need to succeed
To get the most from this role you will need to be a qualified architect with proven post part III experience leading larger commercial projects. Revit skills are essential, and the practice is keen to find someone who is looking to develop their career to associate level.
